What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot systems and problems
Deep dive into Linux server issues
Remediate physical layer outages
Remediate physical power issues on racks
Participate in power & cooling events
Install and configure racks of hosts
Triage and resolve trouble tickets
Physically replace server parts
Physically replace network device parts
Ensure correct rotation of parts & spares
Enforce security best practices
Interact with third party vendors
Interact with contractors
Engage with Remote Hands & Eyes
Deliver on high impact projects
Lift and rack equipment
