What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of team management, hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues, A solid understanding of data center operations, server and network equipment principles, Practical experience in project planning and management, Knowledge of the ITIL methodology, operational activities of the technical support service (ITSM), Basic proficiency in the Linux operating system, familiarity with command-line tools, Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, fiber optic cables, Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, formulas, lists, graph creation, A proactive, responsible and goal-oriented approach to work
Nice to Have
ITIL and/or PMI certification, Driving License (Category B)

Manage IT support team

Developing clear and comprehensive documentation

maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations
diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT hardware
ensure the continuous support of the data center’s IT infrastructure
dismantling of hardware
Manage additional processes
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
