Perform design review
Perform equipment submittal review
Troubleshoot site/equipment failures
Conduct Root Cause Analysis
Create Corrective Action documentation
Support operational issues
Provide ad-hoc training
Review operating procedures
Support critical equipment
Interface with design engineering team
Interface with server hardware team
Interface with environmental health and safety team
Work on concurrent projects
Support data center capacity availability
Support data center safety
