What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, Three (3) years of hands-on experience in Data Center infrastructure, either operations or networking and interconnects in a private, public, government or military environment
Nice to Have
Master's or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field from an accredited institution, Five (5) years of management experience in a private, public, government or military environment, technical knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, network Infrastructure and connectivity, understanding of the Data Center industry mindset, pace and customer culture, Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing engineering teams, Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
