Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, 4+ years Data Center or mission critical systems engineering/commissioning/operations/on-call support, Understanding of mission critical systems, Ability to write and review support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries, Business level English, Fluent Korean
Nice to Have
Knowledge of electrical systems in critical Data Center operations, Knowledge of mechanical systems in critical Data Center operations, Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Datacenter or engineering-related CDCP, CDCS, ATS, ATD, PE, PMP, LEED, and others

Amazon Web Services Korea is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Data Center Engineering Operations Team. This committed group works to maintain the critical physical infrastructure that supports Amazon Web Services. Specifically, this team works to ensure that the data center's MEP operates at 100% availability while maintaining first-class customer service to the teams and groups within the data centers. The Data Center Engineering Operations is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating within contract parameters within third party Colocation facilities.
