What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years working experience of Data Center or mission critical systems engineering or commissioning, operations, and/or on-call support, Undergraduate bachelor's degree in a technical field, Ability to write and review accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries, Business level of English, Fluent Korean
Nice to Have
Excellent understanding of Electrical systems in critical Data Center operations, Excellent understanding of Mechanical systems in critical Data Center operations, Excellent understanding of other facilities systems used in Data Centers, Appropriate Security and Safety awareness, Datacenter Project Management Experience

Amazon Web Services Korea is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Data Center Engineering Operations Team. This committed group works to maintain the critical physical infrastructure that supports Amazon Web Services. Specifically, this team works to ensure that the data center's MEP operates at 100% availability while maintaining first-class customer service to the teams and groups within the data centers. The Data Center Engineering Operations is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating within contract parameters within third party Colocation facilities.
