Key job responsibilities • Serve as the primary business interface with the Colocation provider for daily operations within the data center • Manage the Colocation provider to conduct regular inspections and routine preventive maintenance including switchgear, generators, UPS, and cooling systems • Engage in non-office on-call responsibilities and respond promptly to emergency situations or incidents that may impact AWS services • Serve as primary site responder for emergency events to maintain prompt facility restoration and rack recovery • Perform Root Cause Analysis for data center facilities issues with the Colocation provider • Constantly explore and recommend improvements to enhance data center safety, security, and availability • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all Colocation facilities planned maintenance works to meet AWS internal standards • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Data Center infrastructure inventory through related matrices and internal dashboards • Take charge of
