Must Have
8+ years relevant work experience, Maintaining electrical systems experience, Maintaining mechanical systems experience, Maintaining HVAC systems experience, Maintaining fire systems experience, Data center or critical space facility experience, Familiar with Service Management concepts, Familiar with Facilities Management concepts, Familiar with Problem Management, Familiar with Change Management, Experience in review of operational documentation, Experience in establishment of operational documentation, On-call rotation schedule including evenings and weekends
Nice to Have
Knowledge of electrical systems, Knowledge of mechanical systems, Management of vendors performing construction, Management of vendors performing maintenance, Management of vendors performing upgrading works, Registered with Energy Commission as Chargeman, Registered as electrical competent person
What You'll Do.
Ensure electrical equipment operating within parameters
Ensure mechanical equipment operating within parameters
Ensure fire/life safety equipment operating within parameters
Manage risk and mitigation
Perform corrective maintenance
Perform preventative maintenance
Act as site primary point of contact
Manage planned site works
Manage unplanned site works
Manage contractors on-site
Manage sub-contractors on-site
Manage vendors on-site
Establish performance benchmarks
Conduct analysis on operations
Prepare reports on facility infrastructure
Lead change management requests
Generate incident management tickets
Coordinate projects with business leaders
Manage capacity with business leaders
Optimize plant safety
