General Summary: The Data Center Engineer is responsible for responding to scheduled and emergency dispatches, handling physical and logical aspects of data center operations, completing installations and replacements of hardware components, providing software support, managing shipping and receiving, and documenting work in the ticketing system.This role requires the ability to work independently, excellent customer service skills, experience with IT and networking systems, proficiency with technical tools, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to scheduled and emergency dispatches to Datacenter for off-hour service calls. Handles the physical and logical aspects of operating our own racks & power, networking, and servers. After-hours support for both scheduled maintenance and on-call for emergencies involving the data center. Complete physical installation and power-up of racks, servers and network equipment. Provide installation and replacement
