Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and alarms
Participate in 24/7 shift operations, including nights and weekends, Ability to work in Lappeenranta, Finland
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Electrical background, Experience working with electrical infrastructure or industrial systems, Knowledge of Power distribution systems, Knowledge of Electrical troubleshooting, Knowledge of Preventive maintenance practices, Ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams, Good English communication skills
Nice to Have
Data center or mission-critical facility experience, SFS 6002 Electrical Safety certification, Experience with medium-voltage systems, Knowledge of HVAC/cooling infrastructure, Experience using CMMS, BMS, or EPMS systems, Finnish language skills
What You'll Do.
Operate critical electrical systems
Maintain critical electrical systems
Monitor facility systems
Perform routine inspections
Perform operational checks
Perform preventive maintenance
Perform corrective maintenance
Diagnose equipment failures
Troubleshoot equipment alarms
Support emergency response
Support incident recovery
Coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with contractors
Follow safety regulations
Support lockout/tagout procedures
Support safe switching operations
Document maintenance activities
Participate in 24/7 shift operations
Maintain accurate logs
Maintain maintenance records
Assist with commissioning
Support continuous improvement initiatives
