AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Play a key role in operational and process improvement within Amazon Web Services, where we have a history and tradition of innovative technologies and services. Reporting to the Data Center Planning & Delivery organization, you will have the opportunity to partner across the global AWS Infrastructure Services organization to shape the future of the AWS profile and tempo to which we deliver. Data Center Community is growing the One-Intake Program team function in scale and complexity in order to deliver capacity on time to meet customer business requirements. The team is seeking a highly-skilled & driven Senior Technical Program Manager who will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable data-informed processes within AWS Infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience managing global Infrastructure projects/programs; developing, monitoring, and reporting project/program health metrics; leading cross-functional teams; developing and implementing change management plan
