7+ years data center project management, Understanding data center design, Understanding data center construction, Understanding data center commissioning, Experience with critical MEP systems, Experience reviewing data center SOWs, Experience validating pricing for vendors, Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, Excellent project management skills, Budgeting skills, Scheduling skills, Resource management skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, On-site 80%+ of the time
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in related field, PMP or similar certification, Experience with commissioning procedures, Knowledge of industry standards, Experience working with permitting authorities
