What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity, Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages, Experience as an acting operations manager, Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership, 5+ years analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience, 10+ years relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
Nice to Have
Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for critical infrastructures, Experience in one or more IT infrastructure domains
