What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity, Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages, Experience as an acting operations manager, Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership, 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience, 10+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
Nice to Have
Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, Experience in one or more IT infrastructure domains (storage, compute, networking, security, software development, systems administration, database engineering or administration, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, big data, DevOps, or other IT infrastructure domain)

Manage vendors of colocation data center services
Oversee preventative maintenance system and adherence to schedules
Evaluate and perform infrastructure supporting data center operations
Manage insourcing and/or outsourcing specific maintenance tasks
and availability incidents
