Nice to Have
4+ years data center engineering experience, Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, Experience leading a team
What You'll Do.
fire/life safety equipment
Perform planned preventative maintenance
Perform daily corrective work
Respond to emergencies
Serve as technical resource
Interact with technicians and vendors
Oversee shift technicians and subcontractors
Manage routine and emergency services
Operate power distribution equipment
Operate cooling towers
Operate computer room air handlers
Operate building monitoring systems
Plan data center capacity
Report data center capacity
Assist in design and build out
Coordinate projects with IT managers
Manage capacity with business leaders
Optimize plant safety
Optimize plant performance
Optimize plant reliability
Optimize plant efficiency
Deliver quality service
Meet customer demands
Manage asset inventory
Respond to out of hours calls
Serve as first level escalation point
Participate in on-call rotation
Train Engineering Operations Technicians
Train night shift personnel
