What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or an adjacent discipline, 10+ years of experience in the energy industry, 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, or a comparable field, Knowledge of inverter systems, plant controllers, and battery interfaces, Knowledge of grid integration challenges of electrical energy assets, Experience with grid codes and grid operators, Ability to break down complex topics into clear technical requirements, Ability to connect technical and commercial properties into a valuable solution, Communication and stakeholder management skills across customers, sales, and development teams, Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) is strongly preferred

Create and maintain process documentation
Maintain best practices for Data Center technical solutions
Act as the technical lead for Data Center
Serve as a key interface between regional teams
Drive standardization of solution architectures
Drive scalability of solution architectures
