2 + years of experience in Data Center Operations or a related technical environment, knowledge of Linux operating systems (specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. x and 8. x), knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Nutanix, knowledge of core protocols including DNS and SNMP, Proven ability in problem-solving and proactive monitoring using tools such as PRTG or Zoho to remediate system alerts and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical cases, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
