**Mission** Our mission will be to bridge business and data needs by ensuring that data assets are well-defined, governed, and optimized for business consumption. We are focused on gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements in clear and structured technical specifications that can guide the implementation and reporting squad with the purpose of timely delivery of data requests. Also, using our SQL skills we deep dive to understand and profile our data and provide directly provide reports and insights to our stakeholders. **About the team** You’ll join our team within the Data Warehouse domain, working in a cross-functional Agile environment alongside Data Engineers, Product Owners, Data Modellers and Stakeholders. Our team sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex data needs into scalable solutions that power reporting, analytics, and regulatory processes across the organisation. We value ownership, structured thinking, continuous improvement, and pragmatic solutions in a complex, regulated banking environment. **Your day to day** * Collaborate with business data owners/data stewards to understand their data and the business context; * Deep dive in data request analysis, help the Data User understand the Business Term Glossary and offer guidance to refine the data request; * Define and modify Business Terms and Requirements in line with IBM Banking Data Warehouse and ING standards; * Set and manage stakeholders expectations and provide plannings in collaboration with the rest of the squad; * Bring the data under governance by recording the data definitions in the data dictionary and maintain them as part of metadata management; * Test data and keep consistency and quality; * Collaborate with the squad members for the implementation process of the data requests; * Set requirements for data quality, data lineage, data security, data privacy and other relevant aspects for business terms/data assets; * Coordinate, Train and
