What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 or more years’ experience in data modeling/architecture, data engineering, data management and/or data science related projects in Financial Services industry, Experience in gathering requirements, data modeling, designing and developing data-centric solutions, understanding and experience in Cloud technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Informatica (IDMC/IICS), Kafka, Dremio, GraphQL, and MongoDB, Ability to quickly learn new methods and technologies, Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcome, Ability to understand different perspectives
Nice to Have
experience in collaborating with team members and working in a diverse workplace, Experience in financial services or regulated industry is nice to have, Deep curiosity to learn about new cloud data management trends and how to do things better, consultation and communication skills, Ability to work and collaborate across different teams
What You'll Do.
Lead data architecture and modeling
develop ER models that include events
Support design and implementation of the enterprise data platform (Nexus)
Ensure designed solutions are optimal and robust
Evaluate and recommend new technologies for enterprise data platform
Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand business requirements
communicate business requirements to data architects
engineering and platform teams
Coordinate with management on issue identification
escalation and remediation
Assist with weekly and monthly metrics and reporting
assist with stakeholder meeting materials
developing and implementing new paradigms for cloud native data ecosystem
build innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance our business capability
coaching and transforming technical teams to shift to a data consumer mindset
storage and consumption of data
implement and craft sophisticated data services for consumers
