Annotate insurance-related documents and artifacts with precision and consistency
Create and refine annotation schemas in collaboration with the AI team
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for annotation
Organize and distribute tasks efficiently within the team to maintain high throughput and quality
Evaluate annotated data to ensure consistently high accuracy
Provide feedback on ambiguous or unclear cases to improve schema and guidelines
Use and maintain various annotation tools to facilitate efficient labeling
Train and onboard new annotators

Identify gaps in annotation schema or SOPs to expand coverage or to improve accuracy and efficiency
