Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, SQL proficiency, Minimum 3–5 years of experience in platform administration, Experience managing access control, Knowledge of capacity management, Familiarity with platform configuration and administration, Understanding of data governance principles, Ability to implement governance guardrails, Experience working in cross-functional or multi-team environments, Ability to analyze usage metrics, logs, and system performance data, Proven capability to identify performance bottlenecks, Familiarity with monitoring tools, Demonstrated data-driven decision-making approach, Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance, Experience supporting domain admins, business users, or non-technical stakeholders, Influencing skills, Proficiency in PowerShell, Experience automating administrative tasks, Comfortable working beyond UI, Experience in troubleshooting, incident response, and operational support, Ability to manage and resolve platform-related issues efficiently, Ability to understand end-to-end platform architecture, Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, Documentation skills for processes, standards, and troubleshooting guides, Commitment to knowledge sharing
