Must Have
Hands-on programming skills, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Experience building AI/LLM applications, Deep understanding AI/GenAI fundamentals, Experience designing RAG systems, Experience designing agentic workflows, Experience designing tool-using AI applications, System design and architecture skills, Experience with cloud platforms, Solid grounding software engineering best practices, Ability to make technical trade-offs, Experience client-facing environments, Experience leading teams and projects, Communication skills, Stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience multiple AI platforms, Familiarity with orchestration frameworks, Experience optimising AI systems, Knowledge of enterprise architecture, Knowledge of regulated environments, Experience with AI agents, Experience with AI copilots, Experience with AI automation systems, Exposure to AI governance, Exposure to AI safety, Exposure to responsible AI practices, Contributions to thought leadership, Contributions to open-source, Contributions to internal capability building
