2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, related technical strategy role, technical foundation, clear interest in developing a career at the intersection of data, AI, and automation, business acumen, passion for data and analytics, Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority across regions and time zones, detail-oriented, ability to zoom out and think strategically, get-it-done attitude, curiosity to explore emerging tools, continuously improve how the team operates, Excellent communication skills, experience presenting to executives
