Position Overview CARIAN is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Process Lead to support data analytics initiatives for a utility customer experience organization. This role will serve as the primary project manager and business liaison for analytics-related initiatives, working closely with program managers, IT, business stakeholders, and analytics resources. The ideal candidate has strong experience leading data-driven projects, gathering business requirements, supporting dashboard and reporting delivery, and translating business needs into practical analytics solutions. This is a senior, business-facing role requiring a strong mix of project management, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and technical analytics experience. The work may include Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, data lake enhancements, executive reporting, business cases, and coordination across business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for client’s data analytics initiatives. - Coordinate activities across program management, IT, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. - Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of analytics projects, including dashboards, reporting solutions, and data lake-related initiatives. - Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk ass
