What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data science, economics, or another quantitative field. 7+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience leading a team. Experience using R, python, or similar tools to conduct data analysis. Working knowledge of SQL. Self-directed, ability to drive projects to completion and proactively communicate timelines and document processes. Impeccable attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Graduate degree is a plus.
