Must Have

Minimum of two years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience, Supervisory experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred, SQL expertise, Experience working with structured and unstructured data environments, Proficiency with BI tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI), Background in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling, Understanding of data infrastructure and ELT/ETL frameworks, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, organization and attention to detail, Proven leadership and team development experience preferred

Translate business needs into meaningful metrics

Deliver actionable analysis across member growth

and digital engagement

Empower teams through self-service analytics and data accessibility

Ensure data integrity through quality controls and monitoring

Define and maintain data definitions

Support compliance with regulatory

and security requirements

Lead design and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse

Oversee data pipelines and integrations

and reliability of the data environment

Stay current on modern data platforms and architectures
