What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of two years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience, Supervisory experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred, SQL expertise, Experience working with structured and unstructured data environments, Proficiency with BI tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI), Background in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling, Understanding of data infrastructure and ELT/ETL frameworks, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, organization and attention to detail, Proven leadership and team development experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead data and analytics function
Oversee a team of analysts
Partner across the credit union to unlock data value
Improve member experience
Lead evolution of data warehouse
and analytics capabilities
Champion data-informed decision-making
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
and develop analytics team
Own key analytics platforms and vendor relationships
Bridge business and technical teams
Lead development of dashboards and reporting
Translate business needs into metrics
Deliver actionable analysis
Empower teams through self-service analytics
Establish data governance standards
Ensure data integrity
Define and maintain data definitions
Lead design and optimization of enterprise data warehouse
Oversee data pipelines and integrations
and reliability of data environment
Stay current on modern data platforms and architectures
