What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, at least 2 years in a leadership/management role, Expert in SQL, Expert in the modern data stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, and dbt), A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field, Rigorous analytical thinking to complex financial modeling, Advanced proficiency in Looker (or similar BI tools) and Google Sheets, Ability to distill complex, 'messy' data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical executives, Thrive in a distributed environment, working seamlessly across time zones and cultures
Nice to Have
Ideally within Fintech, Payments, or Banking, Practical experience with Python/R for predictive financial modeling, Prior experience in Treasury/Enterprise Finance analytics
What You'll Do.

Oversee the design and execution of robust data pipelines
Ensure our financial processes are efficient

Lead the development of sophisticated
Move the needle from manual processes to data-backed predictability
Ensure leadership has a clear view of trading activity
Manage and develop a team of Finance Data Associates
Coach your team to bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact
Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications
Present analytical findings to global stakeholders
Lead the exploration of AI and predictive analytics to improve financial forecasting
Evaluate new tools and methodologies to keep our finance tech stack at the cutting edge
Lead in building a more intelligent finance function
Move the needle from manual workflows to automated AI and Machine Learning systems for reconciliations and anomaly detection
Transform static reporting into sophisticated models for processes such as cash flow
Ensure high standards of data integrity through rigorous AI governance
Evolve our tech stack to eliminate friction

Team & Collaboration
Act as a strategic bridge between Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations; Be a really collaborator, engaging deeply with the Product and Engineering teams; Collaborate with the Heads of various verticals, such as Finance Operations, Group Financial Controllers, Tax, FP&A, TPRM etc.; Work seamlessly across time zones and cultures

We are looking for a hands-on, highly technical Data Analytics Manager - Finance to join our global Finance function. This role is a critical intersection between technical data architecture and financial strategy. You will lead a team of analysts to transform raw financial data into a "single source of truth," driving predictability in our finance department working across verticals such as Finance Operations, Group Financial Controllers, FP&A, Tax, TPRM etc. As our CEO Guillaume Pousaz says, "High performance is a science, not an accident." You will be the lead scientist for our financial data. You will own the data pipelines, architect scalable models in BigQuery, and act as a strategic bridge between Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations. This requires the candidate to be a really strong collaborator, engaging deeply with the Product and Engineering teams.
