(Ireland-specific) Please note any offer of employment for this position is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening, conducted by a medical practitioner designated by the Company. **Key responsibilities:** * Translates operational and business problems into clearly scoped digital work * Owns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realization * Coordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholders * Ensures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized value * Acts as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution) * Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locations * Understands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned **Job requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits) * Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or
