3–5 years of relevant experience in program management, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role within a financial institution, Fluent in spoken and written English, analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, analyze data, and synthesize insights, Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed or global environment, Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery discipline, Working knowledge of Python or similar analytical tools (e.g. , pandas, Excel, basic SQL) for analysis and reporting, Experience working with datasets, dashboards, or reporting platforms, Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and basic analytical techniques, written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear status updates and executive-level summaries, Ability to connect program data and metrics to business objectives and outcomes, Comfortable collaborating across cultures, time zones, and functional teams, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field

Job Description **Role Overview** The Program Manager / Analyst is a core member of the SSIM DAAIS organization, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives across SSIM. The role blends program management discipline with analytical thinking to drive transparency, alignment, and informed decision‑making across investment, technology, and business stakeholders.
