IHS partners with hospitals globally to improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes through data-driven insights. In this role, you will help identify improvement opportunities, enhance patient care, and support hospital performance. Working closely with consultants and stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. Applications are accepted for extracurricular internships only. **Internship Details:** • Start date: July 2026 • Location: Athens, Greece • Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension) • Working hours: 20 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods and holidays) • Work model: Hybrid **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** • Collect and analyse data within patient pathways in clinical settings • Support initiatives to improve the efficiency of resource and facility utilization • Develop data-driven insights to enhance clinical, operational, and financial outcomes • Translate complex data into clear, structured presentations for clinical staff and leadership • Assist project teams with data processing and reporting activities **Required Knowledge and Skills:** • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken) • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets • Curious and proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach **Would be a plus:** • Strong commun
