Join the Claims RMIS & TPA Data Services team within the Property & Casualty Claims organization, composed of customer facing RMIS Consultants and data professionals focused on bringing Claims data to life through impactful analytics and visualizations. In this role, you will partner across key business functions to deliver insights driven by Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) data. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data that supports business decisions and operational performance. You will support the intake, transformation, and ongoing management of RMIS and TPA data, along with the development of reporting and dashboards aligned to business needs. Working under technical direction, you will contribute to the establishment of consistent metrics and perform analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within Claims data. This role includes a blend of data management, analytics, and business intelligence responsibilities. This position enjoys a flexible, hybrid work schedule of 2 days per week in our Chicago, IL or Downers Grove, IL office. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** _**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**_ Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines: * Performs moderately complex modeling for the purpose of quantifying the performance of the business area and evaluating operational changes.
