**_Job Family_ :** Data Science Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** Active Secret ** _What You Will Do_ :** Our consultants on the AI & Data team help clients maximize the value of their data by delivering clear, impactful visual products that enable mission-critical insights and decision-making. This role focuses on transforming complex data about AI models, tools, and initiatives into intuitive, actionable visualizations. * Develop advanced dashboards using Tableau, demonstrating data visualization and business intelligence (BI) best practices. * Translate complex, disparate datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives that support strategic and operational decision-making. * Perform data exploration, manipulation, and analysis to prepare datasets for visualization and reporting. * Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and translate analytical outputs into user-friendly visual products. * Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality presentation standards across all dashboards and reporting products. * Identify and address client needs, build strong client relationships, and drive initiatives forward. * Communicate/present ideas, methods, and results to clients, and explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. * Support internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement as a data practitioner within the organization. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Active SECRET (or higher) security clearance. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. * SIX (6) or more years of professional experience in data visualization, analytics, or data-related solutions. * Expereince in developing advanced dashboards using Tableau. * Experience developing dashboards and visualizations for programmatic metrics and executive audiences. * Ability to identify and define appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for business needs. * Ability to understand client mission, objectives, business processes, a
