What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field, Proficiency in WebFOCUS or Power BI, Hands-on experience in report development, data modeling and dashboard creation, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams and various levels of an organization, Presentation skills, Experience in a professional services and client-facing environment, Familiarity with BPM concepts, workflow-driven systems and API-based data access or integration
Nice to Have
Experience working with SS&C Chorus / AWD or similar business process workflow platforms, Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView, Experience in financial services, insurance or healthcare industries

Work directly with clients to design and deliver high-impact dashboards
and analytical workspaces
Support solution demonstrations
and strategic analytics initiatives
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Operational Analytics and reporting capabilities
Stay current with new features and functionality in Chorus
Operational Analytics
and business intelligence tools such as WebFOCUS and Power BI
Apply this knowledge to enhance reporting capabilities and deliver continuous improvement
Triage and resolve reporting and analytics design challenges
