Degree or equivalent proven experience, Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years experience (for Lead), Extensive experience writing complex database queries in SQL, Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc), Demonstrated experience creating & presenting data/dashboards/analysis to leadership, Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives, Ability to quickly learn new tools within Analytics space, Ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, Stakeholder Management
Nice to Have
2+ years direct experience in data-engineering, Tableau certification, Experience working with cloud data sources, Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, Hands-on experience in predictive modelling, Hands-on experience in machine learning using python/R, Salesforce Product Certification
