The Data Analytics Analyst is an individual contributor position reporting to the Data Analytics Director. Under broad supervision, you will design and analyze moderately complex organizational data to deliver business insights. Responsibilities include data validation, UAT support, dashboard QA, and preparation of standard commentary for leadership and underwriting partners. The role will also learn to apply emerging AI capabilities—such as prompt driven analysis, text summarization, and decision support—to accelerate insight generation and enhance analytical workflows while adhering to CNA’s governance, risk, and responsible AI standards.
