Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Growth team, supporting User Acquisition (UA) efforts for our portfolio of mobile card games. In this role, you will work closely with UA, Creative, Product, and Finance partners to analyze performance, surface insights, and help optimize paid acquisition strategies across multiple channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a data-focused analyst who enjoys working with marketing and growth data and is excited to influence decision-making through clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities: Support user acquisition analytics across 2–4 mobile game titles, partnering with UA managers to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and additional ad networks Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPI, retention, LTV, and install volume, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses to support UA decision-making and performance reviews Partner with UA and Creative teams to evaluate and support A/B tests across creative concepts, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Data teams to align UA performance with broader company goals and forecasts Support creative analysis by evaluating ad performance, app store conversion, and funnel metrics Contribute to competitive analysis and industry trend research to inform growth strategy Assist in improving data processes, documentation, and reporting workflows to support scale and efficiency Qualifications for Position: 1–3 years of experience in a data analytics, growth analytics, or digital marketing analytics role, preferably supporting user acquisition or growth initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skil
