Your Job - Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, product hypotheses, and decision-making needs - Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to user engagement, retention, conversion, and product performance, and derive concrete, actionable recommendations - Translate qualitative business questions into measurable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product development - Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, funnels, and customer journeys - Design and evaluate A/B tests and provide recommendations based on experiment results - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve tracking quality and event instrumentation - Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Your Profil - 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently - Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particu
