What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, 5–8 years of proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a reporting function, Demonstrated hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel / Power Query, at least one BI tool (Power BI or Tableau)
Nice to Have
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, SQL or Python certification from any recognised platform, Any procurement or supply chain qualification (e.g. CIPS foundation level or equivalent)
