What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, Proven track record of developing dashboards, Communicating key insights different levels of management and non-technical audiences, Proficiency in using data analysis tools (Python and/or R), Technical ability to navigate and implement open-source tool documentation, Experience writing performant SQL queries on large data sets, Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery with guidance, Time-management and organizational skills, Effectively communicate the "what, why, and what's next" of your analysis to influence diverse stakeholders, Experience integrating Generative AI (like Gemini) into daily analytical workflows to accelerate R/Python code development and build analytical solutions
Nice to Have
Experience working in People/HR Analytics, Familiarity with cloud-native databases, preferably Snowflake, Experience with people analytics software (Visier, One Model, or similar BI tools), Experience developing scalable reporting solutions/products that are intuitive to use, Experience with datasets from the following tools: Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, and/or Litmos

Projects will directly improve the full employee life-cycle at New Relic as we use data to understand and improve our hiring processes, retention, employee performance and engagement. Collaborate across multiple teams, within the People organization, and be a key contributor by building dashboards and providing analytical findings to help track goals and uncover areas for improvement.
