As EU EF undergoes operational transformation, we're building enhanced expertise in Outbound (OB) operations to drive excellence across our 3PL network. The EU 3PL Control Tower delivers 24/7 end-to-end operational support to 3PL buildings across the EU and UK External Fulfilment chain. Our mission is to provide standardized, optimized processes with frustration-free communication, ensuring seamless collaboration between Amazon and our 3PL partners. We're seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with operational logistics experience and an innovative, hands-on approach to join our Control Tower team. This role involves daily operational task resolution and continuous communication with 3PL providers and Amazon teams – including problem solvers and node managers – to drive KPI performance and operational excellence.
