Full Job Description

Our Personal Lines department seeks a reporting data analyst. This role uses project management skills and data awareness to leverage existing databases and reporting to support PLD business partners. They will utilize basic querying languages and tools to create meaningful statistical-based analysis and reporting. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $82,000-$144,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making partner with underwriting, product, data engineering, and other stakeholders to understand and anticipate stakeholder needs proactively discover data insights and communicate insights to business partners, explaining key drivers, assumptions, and reporting nuances support multiple stakeholders by managing priorities, attending planning discussions, and contributing to ongoing business initiatives Be equipped with: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role (insurance or financial services preferred) experience with data query languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) and data visualization tools such as Power BI strong analytical background with the ability to apply statistical techniques and interpret results ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders experience working with large datasets, data structures, and reporting environments Bachelor’s degree in a business, analytics, data science, or related field Preferred: experience in Personal Lines insurance (auto, home, or related products) e
