Full Job Description
ABOUT US Smallpdf was founded in 2013 with one simple belief: working with documents shouldn’t be complicated. Today, we’re an industry leader in digital document solutions, trusted by millions of users across 195+ countries. We build intuitive, powerful tools that help individuals and businesses work smarter with their documents. From compressing and converting files to editing and e-signing, our platform makes complex document workflows simple, secure, and accessible. As a product-led company headquartered in Switzerland and powered by a diverse, global team of 110+ people (across the group), we combine product excellence with a strong focus on user experience, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. Every month, more than 60 million people interact with our products across SEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, subscription flows, monetization funnels, and product experiences - creating a uniquely rich and complex growth ecosystem to understand and improve. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a expert Growth & Product Analyst to become a high-leverage analytical partner to our Product and Marketing teams. This is not a reporting ownership role. It’s not a data science role either. This role exists to help Smallpdf answer difficult growth and product questions that don’t have obvious answers: - How much incremental value are our acquisition channels driving? - Which product behaviors meaningfully predict monetization? - Where are we losing potential long-term customers? - What are the key levers that drive conversion? - What’s the best experiment design for a change with no real control group? You’ll work across the full user journey - from acquisition (SEO, paid search, direct, partnerships) to activation, conversion, retention, and monetization. One week you might investigate how much incremental new ARR paid search is truly driving vs. cannibalizing from SEO. The next, you could be figuring out what’s causing a dip in conversion rate to paying customers
