Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a technical, data-driven role focused on analytics, business intelligence, measurement, or automation, SQL expertise with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries against large datasets, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, Proactive, high-ownership mindset, Ability to jump into ad hoc analyses and deliver results in fast-paced environments, Communication skills, Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly and take on new challenges
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience using SQL, BI tools, and other programming language to perform analytics and build scalable reporting solutions, SQL fluency, translation, and technical writing, Additional experience working with, analyzing, and writing from scratch large blocks of code, Experience manipulating, merging, and transforming large datasets to answer sophisticated business questions, Familiarity with attribution, measurement, experimentation, or marketing analytics concepts, Experience with ETL processes, workflow automation, or scalable data pipelines, Experience with Snowflake, AWS or cloud data platform experience is a plus, Exposure to modeling or data science techniques is a plus, but not required, Experience partnering with client-facing or cross-functional teams to deliver data products and analytical insights, Marketing analytics experience (CRM, CDP, digital marketing, lifecycle, or transactional datasets) is a plus

Our Data Cloud group takes an innovative approach to help marketers identify insights and size opportunities, develop audiences/segments for targeting, construct media mix plans, partner with creative and messaging as well as test and measure the incremental impact of campaigns. The role will help develop and refine the go-to-market approach for Zeta’s business units as well as partner with client services and sales teams to pitch and scope prospect opportunities. In addition, the Strategy Manager will work closely work with internal stakeholders across operations, product, engineering and marketing teams to influence product roadmap as well as support the development of marketing and sales content. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of project management, analytical and marketing/media expertise together with the aptitude to think tactically and execute both as an independent contributor and part of a larger team. This role requires client-facing skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a concise, easy-to-understand manner across stakeholders at various levels and disciplines.
