What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of industry experience in data analytics or adjacent quantitative fields, Demonstrated ability to be a data storyteller, building data visualizations and reporting using third party tools (Tableau and PowerBI), understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, Proficiency working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes and translate them to data, and create/evaluate associated KPIs, Experience with SQL, Experience with Python, Experience with PowerBI, Experience with Tableau, Experience with dbt, Experience with BigQuery, Experience with Git, Experience with Palantir, Experience with data modeling, Experience with agile project execution, Experience with business tools such as Jira & ServiceNow, excellent communication and leadership skills, Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request, Positive & creative problem solving in the face of data challenges, Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, teamwork, solution-centric, and customer-service-oriented attitude, Possess empathy, kindness towards others, a positive attitude, and self-awareness, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
