What You'll Do.
Supporting CDO Data Governance function in assessing divisions compliance with Core Data Management Standards (CDMS)
Review and assessment of new initiatives requests including Key Deliverables
New Product Approvals
Documenting results where gaps are identified
Tracking observations to completion
Assessing resolution of observations in line with CDMS
Monitoring and reporting on the status of data governance functions
Determining new initiatives governance implications on Data and Records management Policy
Procedure and Core Data Management Standards (CDMS)
Supporting the implementation of adequate data quality controls within the divisions
Contributing to process enhancements towards existing data governance processes and tools relevant to new initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate within CDO and cross-functional teams like business units, 2LoD, technology teams and data stakeholders to ensure that data-related risks are identified, mitigated, and managed effectively

## _**Job Description:**_ **Job Title** Data Analyst, Chief Data Office Data Governance Function **Location** London **Corporate Title** Associate The Chief Data Office (CDO) within Technology Data and Innovation (TDI) is responsible for establishing and enforcing data principles, policies and standards covering data management and all data lifecycle disciplines (data residency & access, records management, archiving, data disposal). The Data Analyst will be part of the CDO Data Governance function and play a crucial role in supporting CDO’s efforts to embed robust data governance principles and practices into New Initiative Processes such as New Product Approval (NPA), Change Governance Function (CGF) for Enterprise Wise Priorities (aka Key Deliverables) & non-Key Deliverables, and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
