Join Wix’s Data team and help shape product and business decisions through data. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking, business understanding, and hands-on technical ability. This role sits at the intersection of product insight and data execution: answering important product questions, driving experiments and recommendations, and improving the underlying data, definitions, and workflows that make future insights faster and easier. This is not a classic Business Analyst role focused on specs and coordination. We’re looking for someone who can think like an analyst, work hands-on with data, and use modern tools - including AI - to reduce dependency and increase impact. In your day-to-day, you will: * Own analytics for a product domain and develop deep understanding of its users, flows, KPIs, and business goals * Turn product and business questions into clear insights and actionable recommendations * Analyze funnels, cohorts, experiments, product behavior, and growth opportunities * Define, maintain, and challenge KPI logic and measurement frameworks * Work closely with Product Managers, UX to improve decision-making and product direction * Use SQL, Python, and other tools to answer high-value questions quickly and reliably * Contribute to improving self-serve, documentation, data definitions, event coverage, and the overall usability of the data layer * Build and improve reusable analysis workflows, AI-assisted tools, and team assets that reduce repeated work * Support and interpret A/B tests and other product experiments * Present findings clearly to stakeholders and influence roadmap and business decision ## Qualifications * Proven experience in a data, product, analytics, engineering or similar role * Strong SQL skills * Working knowledge of Python and comfort using it for analysis, automation, or data work * Familiarity with Git and comfort working with modern development / collaboration workflows * Strong analytical thinking a
