What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, math, economics, or a related field, 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining and data visualization, Proficiency in SQL, Proficiency in Tableau, Proficiency in Power BI, Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems, Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable and visually engaging manner, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail, time management, follow-through
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field (GPA of 3. 5 or higher preferred), Experience with JavaScript, Experience with Python, Experience with Power Automate, Experience with Redshift, Experience with other data tools, Knowledge of energy efficiency, Knowledge of environmental sciences, Knowledge of sustainability, Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, Experience in energy efficiency programs or other utility programs
