What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, or growth analyst role, command of Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, pivots, data modeling, clean formatting, Experience pulling and interpreting data from Meta Ads Manager or similar paid platforms, Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases, Ability to build clean, readable dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent, Comfort working with messy, multi-source data and cleaning it into something usable, written English, Based in the Philippines, available full-time during PST hours (Mon–Fri)
Nice to Have
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, telehealth, or health and wellness brands, Familiarity with paid social creative testing frameworks (A tests, holdout groups, incrementality), Experience working with CRM or patient management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Python or R for more advanced data manipulation or automation, Exposure to regulated industries — healthcare, supplements, pharma — and comfort with compliance-adjacent data

Monitor patient funnel metrics — lead volume

About the Role LumiMeds is a fast-growing health and wellness brand in the compounded medication space — GLP-1s, metabolic health, and HRT. We run paid social at scale, produce high-volume video content, and serve a growing patient base across the US. We're looking for a Data Analyst based in the Philippines to help us make sense of what's working — across paid media, content performance, patient retention, and business operations. This is not a reporting-only role. You'll work closely with our media buyer, social media manager, and leadership to turn data into decisions. You'll be the person who catches the signal before everyone else does, and translates it into something actionable.
