Working closely with the Business Intelligence team and internal stakeholders, your impact will include: * Managing and resolving support requests related to reporting, dashboards, and data services * Maintaining and administering Microsoft Power BI workspaces, including user access, datasets, and reporting environments * Monitoring and troubleshooting data refreshes, reporting issues, and system performance * Supporting the development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data models * Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement * Contributing to data quality, validation, and testing activities * Promoting a self-service data culture by supporting users to access and interpret reporting tools * Maintaining documentation, data dictionaries, and knowledge resources You’ll play an important role in ensuring our data platforms are reliable, accessible, and meaningful for teams delivering services in the community.
